We believe in transparent pricing for our services. If you call us we are happy to have an initial discussion or short meeting for no charge. if you decide you want us to act for you, we will agree a fee structure with you before we start work.
For some jobs, for example drafting partnership agreements, we can agree a fixed fee. The fee will depend on the complexity of the agreement you need and the number of partners or members. Specific quotes can be given on request when we have spoken to you and agreed the nature of the job.
Where we cannot agree a fixed fee, we charge by the hour. Our hourly rates are:
Partners £200 to £275 per hour
Associates £175 to £200 per hour
Solicitors £130 to £185 per hour
Trainees £110 per hour
All our fees are plus VAT and disbursements. We keep detailed records of time spent and will bill monthly. We usually ask for a percentage of anticipated fees on account.
