Areas of Work

I head up Ralli Partnership Law.  I work with all manner of partnerships and help the partners (or members for LLPs) set up, sell, dissolve and generally run their businesses.

I also support Limited Companies and their directors and advise all businesses on Commercial Law issues.

Experience

Acted for partners in accountancy firm in large merger.  Acted for partners in law firm in conversion to LLP.  Set up medical partnership.  Acted for partner in sale of share of medical partnership.  Advised executor of partner in care home dispute.  Acted for continuing partners in acrimonious law firm dissolution which resulted in agreed retirement.  Also acted for leaving partners in law firm dispute. Acted for departing GP preventing expulsion and negotiating retirement.  Advised dentists, architects and trading partnerships in arrange of partnership issues.

Before becoming a solicitor I worked in banking and in consulting. I have an MBA and I look to use my wider business experience to bring a very practical approach to law.

I am a director of an on-line retail company.

I have presented at Business Schools and written articles for a variety of journals.  I have also appeared on a number of local radio stations.

Qualified rowing coach; Chairman of local Scouts; Co-Chair of Manchester Business School Alumni Business Breakfast Club; Cooking, Interesting wines; Good company; Live music - from opera to punk rock to jazz.

I live in Cheshire with my wife and three children.
