I am a member of the Corporate Department, working in a variety of areas. My work focuses mainly on partnership and LLP matters, but I have also have experience in company acquisitions, commercial property matters and non-contentious intellectual property.
I have my own caseload, as well as assisting others in the department on a variety of corporate and company matters. This makes the role very diverse, challenging and rewarding.
Although originally from County Down, I studied for my undergraduate degree at Cambridge University, spending three very memorable years at Pembroke College. Whilst at University I tried to throw myself into college life as much as possible by participating in a variety of sports and societies, including football, netball and tennis.
Since University, I have studied for a Masters degree, worked as a paralegal and travelled throughout Australia, Thailand and Europe.
I love playing and watching sport, particularly football and netball. I enjoy running, having completed the Manchester Bupa 10K and the Edinburgh half-marathon. In June 2011, I was lucky enough to have been a member of the JCI team which completed the 3 peaks challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours. This was an experience never to be forgotten (or repeated!).
I also enjoy going to the cinema, gigs and the theatre.
