Areas of Work
The areas of partnership law in which I have gained experience are in the formation of limited partnerships, LLPs and conventional partnerships in the professional sector and in connection with single venture property transactions. I have dealt with acquisition of one partnership by another, merger of two partnerships, division of one partnership into two and dissolution of partnerships. I have advised landlords and banks on the steps to be taken to maintain covenant strength.
Invariably, when a matter becomes complicated, I get involved! As a corporate law solicitor I am often asked to advise in partnership law disputes and explulsions.
